Der Modellbauclub München e.V. in Salmdorf bei München hat seinen ersten SLS- und Sportklasse-Wettbewerb mit großem Erfolg ausgerichtet. Der Verein ist vielen als Austragungsort des weltweit größten F3B Wettbewerbs, des Oktoberfestpokals, bekannt und bringt daher reichlich Erfahrung mit. Das mehrere Hektar große Gelände bietet genügend Platz und ist thermisch sehr aktiv, von der wir uns im Lauf des Wettbewerbs überzeugen konnten. Entgegen der Wettervorhersage blieb es an beiden Tagen mit einer kurzen Regenunterbrechung am Samstag Spätnachmittag trocken. Es war sogar spätsommerlich schön bei sehr angenehmen Temperaturen. In addition to the SLS Class competition on Saturday and Sunday (September 18-19), there will now also be a Sport Class competition in Ulm. This will take place on Friday (September 17). There is enough space for camping.During the day as well as in the evening there will be catering (depending on the COVID19 regulations).
