A model in the Sport class must fulfill the following criteria:
- Max. Wingspan: 5000mm
- Max. Flight weight: 7000g
- Max. Wing loading: 75g/dm²
- Electric drive with logger between controller and motor for one-time switch-on.
The flight task for the Sport class meets the following criteria:
- Max. Entry altitude: 400m
- Max. Entry speed: 120km/h
- Distance: 350m (∼ 1690m circumference of the triangle)
